Jan Wulf Schnabel said that inclusive education has to look at what persons with disabilities can do.
In the context of the event «Inspirations for Inclusion in the Austrian Education System», the founder of the Institute for Inclusive Education Dr. Jan Wulf-Schnabel, and his colleague, the educational specialist Samuel Wunsch, were given the opportunity to talk to the Austrian Parliament about the Institute’s approach to inclusive education. The president of the National Council Wolfgang Sobotka, Members of Parliament and representatives in the field of education and digitization were present. Wulf-Schnabel emphasized that inclusion is realized by focusing on the expertise of people with disabilities.
Samuel Wunsch, an expert in this field, found clear words for this: «What I know and what I can do; is something that only I know and that only I and no one else in the world can do, because I am unique».
